Infinite Possibilities ~ The Art of Changing Your Life is based on the understanding that “Thoughts Become Things.” The workbook and program is divided into sections that build on one another, outlining the principles you can use to THRIVE instead of simply survive.

INTRODUCTION AND THOUGHTS BECOME THINGS:
- “Thoughts become Things” is the starting point for creating any type of change.
- You don’t have to be positive 24/7 to have a happy successful life.
- Practice visualization exercise once per day. (5 minutes).
BELIEFS and emotions
- Your beliefs hide behind your opinions about life, people, happiness, etc.
- Your beliefs shape your thoughts, and therefore your life.
- You can change your beliefs by changing your thoughts, words and actions.
- Our emotions are the product of our beliefs and perceptions.
- Emotions are life’s feedback system.
INSTINCTS & HUNCHES, dreams & desires / Taking action
- Instincts and hunches come from our “higher” spiritual selves.
- We all have inner senses that guide us.
- Our dreams and getting on the path of living them.
- Why action is needed.

I offer this course in-person, online or even one-on-one coaching.
